About For The People

"For The People" is an American legal drama television series that first aired on ABC in 2018. Set in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) Federal Court, also known as "The Mother Court", it focuses on brand new lawyers working for both the defense and prosecution as they handle the most high-profile and high-stakes cases in the country. These young lawyers will be put to the test both personally and professionally as their lives intersect in and out of America's most prestigious trial court.

Making / Production

This show was created by Paul William Davies and was produced by Shonda Rhimes and her company Shondaland. In the leading production roles, Tom Verica served as the supervising producer and director, while Don Todd and Davies also served as executive producers. The series started on March 13, 2018, and ran for two seasons until its cancellation in May 2019.

Actors
