Pretty Little Liars is an American teen drama mystery thriller television series. The series follows four high school girls whose lives fall apart after the disappearance of their leader. When she mysteriously comes back from the dead, they receive messages from a mysterious figure known as "A" who threatens to expose their deepest secrets.

The series is based on the popular book series of the same name, written by Sara Shepard. Pretty Little Liars premiered on June 8, 2010, on ABC Family (now Freeform). The show ran for seven seasons, ending on June 27, 2017.
