Prison Break is a thrilling American television series that premiered in 2005. The show was created by Paul Scheuring and produced by Adelstein-Parouse Production, in association with Original Television and 20th Century Fox Television. The plot revolves around two brothers; one has been sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit, and the other devises an elaborate plan to help his brother escape prison and clear his name.
Making / Production
The making of Prison Break was a meticulous process that involved deep research into geological elements, materials, human behavior, as well as the United States prison system. It was shot in and around Chicago with the prison scenes being shot at Joliet Prison, which had been shut down in 2002. The show continued for five seasons showcasing different phases of the prison break plot.
Actors
- Wentworth Miller as Michael Scofield: An engineer turned criminal mastermind. He played his role with conviction, effortlessly juggling the diverse emotions his character had to offer.
