Directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi and written by Kazuki Nakashima, ‘Promare’ is a 2019 Japanese animated film. The plot revolves around the struggle between a group of firefighting mechs called 'Burning Rescue' and the 'Burnish', a group of mutants who can control flames and cause mass destruction.

Making / Production

The movie was developed by Studio Trigger, a well-known animation studio from Japan. It represents the studio's first feature film. Promare took four years to develop and was lauded for its use of vibrant colours and high-octane action.
