About The Replacements
The Replacements is an American animated television series, which aired on Disney Channel from July 2006 to March 2009. The storyline revolves around a pair of orphans, Riley and Todd, who order secret agent parents from the Fleemco company via a comic book ad.
Making / Production
The show was created by Dan Santat and produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. The animation is done in a blend of cutout animation and traditional animation. Each episode runs for approximately 22 minutes. The show's original run lasted for three seasons.
Actors
- Nancy Cartwright as Todd Daring - The younger brother who is reckless and usually opts for the easy way out in most situations.
- Grey Griffin as Riley Daring - Todd's older, responsible, and much more mature sister who usually ends up correcting Todd's mistakes.
- Kath Soucie as Agent K - The secret agent mom of the Daring siblings who often advises them on cleaning up their messes.
- David McCallum as Agent Dick Daring - The stuntman and agent dad who despite his profession, often proves completely useless in most real-life situations.
