About The Rewrite
The Rewrite is a 2015 romantic comedy film directed by Marc Lawrence. The film tells the story of Keith Michaels, an Oscar-winning screenwriter who is in a creative rut. After his manager finds him a job teaching screenwriting at a university in upstate New York, he reluctantly accepts. Not believing in teaching or love, Keith finds himself deeply involved in the lives of his students and falling for a single mom.
