About The Sacred Blacksmith

The Sacred Blacksmith, originally aired in 2009, is a Japanese anime TV series set in a world where humans coexist with supernatural beings. Following the story of Cecily Campbell, a noblewoman and knight, the series navigates her quest to protect her city, aided by a mysterious blacksmith.

The plot unfolds as Cecily encounters a demonic sword that jeopardizes her life. A young blacksmith named Luke saves her, and she discovers his ability to forge Katana, which is a sacred sword. As the story progresses, our heroes face an assortment of supernatural beings, from magical swords to humans possessing demonic power.
