About Scooby-Doo! Shaggy's Showdown

Scooby-Doo! Shaggy's Showdown is an American animated comedy film produced by Warner Bros. Animation and distributed by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. It was released digitally on January 31, 2017, and was released on DVD on February 14, 2017. The gang visits a ranch, which according to the locals, is being haunted by the ghost of the cowboy Dapper Jack, who seems to have a grudge against Shaggy.

Making / Production

Directed by Matt Peters and Dongwan Jung, and written by Candie Langdale and Doug Langdale, the film is a humorous take on the Western genre peppered with the standard Scooby-Doo mystery twist. The animation and visual style maintain the fun, vibrant colors and character designs familiar to the Scooby-Doo franchise.
