The series revolves around Kappa Kappa Tau, a sorority that becomes plagued by a series of murders, each with a distinct connection to intimidating urban legends and the school's dark past. Making / Production

The series was created by the trio well-known for their work on "Glee" and "American Horror Story." The first season of Scream Queens was shot in New Orleans, Louisiana, whereas the second season was filmed in Los Angeles, California. The soon-to-be-iconic Red Devil mascot was actually inspired by a mascot for a high school in the co-creator Ian Brennan's hometown.
