Directed by Craig Johnson and produced by Jay Duplass, Mark Duplass, and Jared Goldman, The Skeleton Twins was filmed primarily in Upstate New York. The cinematography was done by Reed Morano and the film was edited by Jennifer Lee. It was distributed by Roadside Attractions.
