About Sonic Boom

Sonic Boom is an action-packed animated television series, a part of the global blockbuster franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog. The series is set in a strange and comedic world where Sonic, his best buddy Tails, and their friends Knuckles, Amy, and Sticks, are constantly trying to outmaneuver and thwart schemes from various villains. Primarily, they have to deal with cunning Doctor Eggman, aiming to take over their world. The series combines high-speed action with plenty of comedy, making it appealing for both children and adults.

Making / Production

The Sonic Boom TV series is produced by Sega of America Inc. and Technicolor Animation Productions in collaboration with Lagardere Thematiques and Jeunesse TV. It's a French-American production initially meant to accompany the release of the Sonic Boom video game for Nintendo Wii U and 3DS. The plots of the show, however, do not strictly follow the storyline of the games and maintain their unique pace and humor.

Actors

• Roger Craig Smith: He provides the voice for Sonic, the series' iconic speed-loving hedgehog. His crisp and lively rendition adds depth to Sonic’s character.
