About

In The Spooky Tale of Captain Underpants Hack-a-ween, George and Harold, two mischievous fourth-grade students, plan to scare their classmates on Halloween by pulling pranks. However, they accidentally transform their grumpy principal, Mr. Krupp, into Captain Underpants, the superhero alter ego of Krupp that they created in their comic books.
