Steven Universe Future is an American animated TV series created by Rebecca Sugar and aired on Cartoon Network. This sequel to the original Steven Universe series (2013-2019) was released in December 2019 and concluded within March next year.

The series begins with the newly formed Future vision of Steven Universe where the future looks bright and promising. Steven believes there's no more challenges left for him to face now but as he runs out of other people's problems he'll also realize his own. This time, the tale isn't over when Steven must face all of his biggest fears head-on.

Making / Production

The series was first announced at the New York Comic Con 2019 and is a limited series consisting of 20 episodes. The making involved a team of talented writers, artists, voice actors coming together from the original series to expand on Steven's Universe and unravel unanswered questions.
