Superman & Lois is an American superhero television series developed for The CW by Todd Helbing and Greg Berlanti. First aired in 2021, the series is based on the DC Comics characters Superman and Lois Lane, created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The plot primarily follows Clark Kent and Lois Lane as they deal with the typical stresses, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today's society. Besides their tough parenting duties, they also have to handle saving the world as Superman and a state-of-the-art journalist.

Making / Production

The series began development in October 2019 by The CW, produced by Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television. Filming occurred primarily in Surrey, British Columbia during a time of COVID-19 related precautions which posed unique challenges for the production team.
