About Toilet-bound Hanako-kun

Toilet-bound Hanako-kun is an anime series that was released in 2020. It is based on the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by AidaIro. The story revolves around Nene Yashiro, a schoolgirl who summons a ghost known as Hanako-kun from the girl's toilet, hoping to have her wish granted. Instead, she ends up getting involved in solving various supernatural problems at Kamome Academy, with Hanako.

Making / Production

The series was adapted by animation studio Lerche and directed by Masaomi Andō. It began airing on January 9, 2020, and ran for 12 episodes. The series was also streamed outside of Japan by Funimation.

Actors
