About Tokyo Revengers

Tokyo Revengers is an anime series adapted from the manga series of the same name. Its plot is centered on Takemichi Hanagaki, an unemployed man who's hit a low point in life. After a tragic incident involving his ex-girlfriend, Hanagaki is transported 12 years into the past—where he was still dating her. Given a chance to rewrite the future, Hanagaki tries to save her and their friends from their fated demise.

Making / Production

The TV Series is produced by LIDENFILMS and directed by Koichi Hatsumi. The Series composition is handled by Yasuyuki Muto and the character designs are by Keiko Ohta and Satohiko Sano. It premiered in Japan in April 2021 and is set for a complete run of 24 episodes.

Actors

  • Yuki Shin as Takemichi Hanagaki. Shin brought the character to life with voice acting that portrayed Takemichi's pure intentions and relentless spirit.
  • Ajima Kazuya as Naoto Tachibana. Kazuya gave justice to Naoto’s role with his calm and composed voice, perfectly fitting the detective facet of the character.
  • Yuka Nukui as Hinata Tachibana. Nukui excellently portrayed Hinata's innocence and love for Takemichi through her voice acting.
