Tombstone is an American Western film released in 1993. It was directed by George P. Cosmatos. The film is based on events relating to the infamous Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, and Wyatt Earp's subsequent vendetta against the 'Cowboy' outlaw gang. The movie follows Wyatt Earp and his brothers moving to Tombstone, Arizona, where they find themselves engaging in a battle with a gang of criminals called the Cowboys.

This film was directed by George P. Cosmatos and written by Kevin Jarre. Provisions in the film's production were overseen by James Jacks, Sean Daniel, and Bob Misiorowski. Robert Richardson also served notably as the movie's cinematographer.

Actors

  • Kurt Russell played the role of Wyatt Earp. He brilliantly portrayed the determined and charismatic lawman.
