About Trumbo
The 2015 movie 'Trumbo' is an American biographical drama film directed by Jay Roach and written by John McNamara. The movie is based on the biography Dalton Trumbo, written by Bruce Alexander Cook. The film presents the life of screenwriter Dalton Trumbo and his struggles during the Hollywood blacklist that arose in the context of the Red Scare in the movie industry.
