Veronica is a Spanish horror movie released in 2017. It was directed by Paco Plaza and written by Paco Plaza and Fernando Navarro. The film is based on a true story of a young girl named Veronica who starts experiencing paranormal activities after playing with a Ouija board during a solar eclipse.

The story takes place in Madrid during the early 1990s. Veronica, a 15-year-old girl, lives with her mother and younger siblings. Her father recently passed away, leaving her with the responsibilities of taking care of her family. One day, Veronica and her friends decide to use a Ouija board to contact her deceased father's spirit. However, something goes wrong during the seance, and Veronica unleashes malevolent forces into her home.

As the supernatural occurrences intensify, Veronica reaches out for help. She seeks guidance from a blind nun who warns her about an evil presence that wants to possess her younger siblings. Veronica must find a way to protect her family and rid her home of the haunting before it's too late.
