About Vice Principals
"Vice Principals" is an American comedy series broadcasted from 2016-2017. The show, created by Danny McBride and Jody Hill, was aired on HBO. The plot spins around two vice principals battling against each other for the principal position at North Jackson High School after the previous principle steps down.
Making / Production
The series was mainly filmed in Charleston, South Carolina, giving a believable setting to the fictional North Jackson High School. The idea for "Vice Principals" was from the creators’ shared past experience of working in the teaching profession before they kick started their Hollywood careers.
