Directed by Patty Jenkins, 'Wonder Woman' is a superhero film released in 2017 that is based on the DC Comics character of the same name. The plot centers around Diana, Princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Her life takes a turn when an American pilot crashes onto the island where she lives and tells her about a massive conflict in the outside world. Convinced she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home and embarks on a journey to end all wars, discovering her full powers and true destiny in the process.
