XX is a 2017 American anthology horror film marked by the directorial debuts of Annie Clark, Roxanne Benjamin, Karyn Kusama, and Jovanka Vuckovic. The four segments of the movie are framed with animated sequences directed by Sofia Carrillo.

Making / Production

The film was primarily produced by XYZ Films and it is entirely composed of horror stories written and directed by women. Each director was given full creative license to form her own story, and as such the segments vary wildly in tone.
