About Zenimation

Zenimation is an animated series curated from the extensive library of timeless films from Walt Disney Animation Studios. Launched in 2020 and returning for a new season in 2022, Zenimation creates a mindfulness soundscape journey, allowing viewers to unwind with moments from over eight decades of celebrated Disney movies. From scenes of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs — Disney's first feature, to never-before-seen moments from the latest movie, Raya and the Last Dragon, the show offers a unique viewing experience. This soundscape animation series is not only a tribute to the visual magnificence of Disney, but also to the sound artists who helped shape the studio's illustrious legacy.

Making / Production

Zenimation is presented by Walt Disney Animation Studios and is the brainchild of David Bess. As the creator and editor, Bess has meticulously stitched together classic scenes from Disney's repository to create a serene narrative flow. The series is executive produced by Amy Astley.
