About Queen Bees

"Queen Bees" is a romantic comedy movie, released in 2021. The movie revolves around the life of Helen, a fiercely independent senior lady who, after a small kitchen fire, temporarily moves into a local retirement community. Initially reluctant about living there, Helen soon discovers that the place is, in fact, a high school for seniors with its own set of queen bees and mean girls, romance, and excitement.

Directed by Michael Lembeck and written by Donald Martin, Queen Bees had an impressive production. It was produced by Fred Bernstein and Harrison Powell. The cinematography was managed by Richard Wong and the film was edited by Todd Ramsey. The movie was filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Actors
