About Tooth Fairy

"Tooth Fairy" is a comedy film released in 2010. It tells the story of a hard-charging hockey player named Derek Thompson (Dwayne Johnson) who is known for crushing the dreams of children by destroying their hopes in the existence of the tooth fairy. After crushingly telling his girlfriend's daughter that there's no such thing as the Tooth Fairy, he must by order of the real Tooth Fairies serve time as a tooth fairy himself. Along his journey, he learns about hope, dreams and the magic of believing.

Actors

  • Dwayne Johnson as Derek Thompson/Tooth Fairy - Johnson effectively played a cynical, childhoo-dream-crushing hockey player who, after shattering the fantasy of a Tooth Fairy, is forced to become one.
  • Ashley Judd as Carly - As Derek's girlfriend, Judd portrayed a beautiful and caring figure who is fed up with Derek's insensitivity towards her children.
  • Julie Andrews as Lily - Andrews gracefully played the head fairy who guides Derek through his journey.
